Regarding Medical Consultations in Languages Other Than Japanese

We provide medical consultations only in Japanese.
Translation apps or interpreters are not accepted to ensure accurate communication and patient safety.

Our clinic is unable to provide medical consultations in any language other than Japanese.
The director does not speak any foreign languages.
To avoid misunderstandings or miscommunication during explanations, consultations are conducted carefully in the doctor’s native language—Japanese—directly with the patient.

Even when using translation apps or interpreters, there is a risk of inaccurate information being conveyed, which may lead to accidents or other problems.
Because communication would occur through a third party, it is more difficult for both doctor and patient to fully convey their intentions, and misunderstandings are more likely to occur.

As a secondary reason, using an interpreter significantly increases the time required for conversations, making it difficult to provide smooth consultations.
This in turn may cause longer waiting times for other patients.

Additionally, even for those whose native language is Japanese, if communication difficulties prevent an adequate exchange of information, the consultation may be declined.

If a thorough medical interview in Japanese cannot be conducted, we may refuse the consultation—even after an appointment has been made or after reception on the day of your visit.
We kindly ask for your understanding before making an appointment or visiting our clinic.
